Genghis Khan - HomeGenghis Khan Exhibition Walk-Through Genghis Khan Books

     Genghis Khan: The Exhibition

“Genghis Khan is a visually stunning exhibition that tells the compelling story of an important historical figure who is widely misunderstood by Western society. Anyone who sees it will be fascinated to learn about the real Genghis Khan and the empire he created.”

Jim Stone
Vice President of Public Programs
San Diego Natural History Museum

"Despite the blood-thirsty rap that people associate with Genghis Khan, I was amazed to learn that he was quite a humanitarian for his people and very supportive of a good society."

Dave Conley
Vice President of Exhibits, MOSI, Tampa,
Florida

The largest collection ever assembled of the treasures of the Empire of Genghis Khan, from the Mongolian Ministry of Education, Culture and Science and private collections.

Join in the spectacular innovation, the technological mastery, the engineering marvels, and the exotic culture of the world’s greatest and least appreciated conqueror AND civilizer, in this spectacular and uniquely interactive exhibition.

Assume your role in a stunning recreation of the Khan’s empire, from the lush grasslands to his extensive capital. The exhibition features state-of-the-art role-playing interactives; musicians, dancers and singers from Mongolia; a new-found noblewoman mummy and its tomb treasures, and by far the largest collection of 13th century Mongolian treasures ever gathered. This is an exhibit like no other, for a historical figure of unrivaled accomplishment - the genius who brought the world passports, pony express, paper money, and pants.

An international array of art historians, archaeologists and cultural historians advise the exhibit and the accompanying collector’s edition volume, edited by anthropologist and spokesperson Dr. William Fitzhugh of the Smithsonian Institution.
